Pine is an iOS app that helps you to save, recall and share all of your memories.

Pine’s mission is to make sure that none of your memories are lost ever again. Whatever experience you have, don’t think about what to write about it. Select which topic your memory relates to, then Pine will guide you through a bunch of questions that were developed by professionals to help you to write and recall your memories later in the best way. You just have to answer the questions, attach your pictures and save the memory. Later you can relive your experiences anywhere and anytime by scrolling through your Memory feed, it feels like you're traveling in time.

When you save a new memory, you get cones for it. The more cones you collect, the bigger your Pine grows. You get 10 cones for a memory, 2 cones for answering Pine Questions, and 1 cone if you share your feedback. To check how many cones you have, go to the dashboard and check in the upper right corner. You can click on it for more info. To check how many cones you need to level up, tap on your Pine.

After logging into the app, you can find your profile settings in the upper left corner of the Dashboard. Find your username and click on the pencil icon. Type in the new username and save it. You cannot save a username that is already taken by another Pine user.

If you switch to Premium, you will get access to 50+ memory templates instead of 12, you can upload up to 5 photos per memory instead of 1, and you can create shared albums to share your memories with your loved ones.

You can manage your subscription under your Apple ID on your iPhone. Go into Settings, choose Apple ID, and then manage your subscriptions.

If you cancel your subscription, you can still recall your memories but you cannot add new ones into premium categories. And also, you cannot share memories anymore.

If you delete a memory, that memory is deleted forever. Pine does not store deleted memories.

If you delete an album, it means, the album does not exist anymore, so you cannot filter for its content in the Memories menu. Don't worry, deleting an album WILL NOT delete your own memories in it, you can still find them in the Memories menu. If it was a shared album, people with whom you shared it will no longer see the album and its content.

If you delete your account, it cannot be restored. All your memories will be deleted with it. Pine does not store deleted accounts' data.

A memory can be anything you want to recall later: a thought, an experience, a party, a feeling or a day. Once you added memories, you can scroll through them in the Memories menu.

To add a memory, click on the plus icon, and choose the category your memory relates to. The app will guide you through the questions, you just need to answer them. Add a picture, if you want, choose the album you want to put this memory in, and save it. That's all.

In the free version, you can upload maximum of 1 photo per memory. If you want to add more pictures to a memory, we recommend to switch to premium which allows you to add up to 5 pictures per memory.

In the Memories menu, you can scroll through all of your memories. If you want to read one, just click on the memory. In the upper right corner, click on the pencil icon and edit your memory.

Once you saved a memory, it's saved for good. You can find all of them in the Memories menu, scroll and enjoy!

In the Memories menu, you can find a search bar and a filtering icon on the top. Start to type in the word or phrase you want to search for, or select categories or albums in the filter pop-up window.

If it is an older memory, try to scroll until you find the date in the feed. Also check, if the filters are set correctly. Don't forget, you can always search for words and phrases written in the memory too.

By default, all of your memories are private and available only for you to read. With Premium, you're able to share memories in shared albums. Give access to the albums to your loved ones, so next time you put a memory in that shared album, they will see your memory.

You can organize your memories into Albums if you want to. By default all of your albums are private. But if you wish, you can share them with your loved ones. You can manage your albums in the Albums menu.

The simplest way to create a new album is by going into the Albums menu and clicking on the plus icon in the upper right corner. However, you can create a new album immediately when you add a new memory: before saving it, click on Add to albums button, then click on Create new album.

To add an existing memory to an album, go to the Memories menu, choose and open the memory you want to add to an album, then click on the Add to album icon in the upper right corner. You can add this memory to an existing album or create a new album for it. When you add a new memory, at the end of the guided template you can choose which album you want to put it in.

"By clicking on the heart icon, you can add this album to your favorites, meaning you can access it directly from the dashboard. Clicking on the plus icon means the memory you add will be put automatically into that album - no worries, you can change it later. Click on the share icon to share this album with your loved ones - you need to have their Pine username or e-mail address they registered with. If you want to edit an album's name, description or icon, click on the pencil icon."

The easiest way to see all of the memories in an album is by going into the Albums menu and tapping on the Album's tile. You will be redirected to the Memories menu if it is a private album or Sharing menu if it is a shared one.

You can share your precious memories with your loved ones and you can collect memories together into shared albums.

You can read others' memories for free if they share them with you, but to share your own memories, you have to switch to premium.

To share a memory, you have to put it into a shared album. First, create the album in the Albums menu, then share it with your loved ones. To share an existing memory, go into the Memories menu, open the memory you want to share, click on the Add to albums icon, and choose to which album you want to add it. If you are adding a new memory, before saving it, click on the Add to albums button and choose the shared album you want to add it to.

To share an album, go into the Albums menu and click on the Share icon on the Album's tile.

Of course. To unshare your memory, find it in the Memories or Sharing menu, click on the Add to albums icon and click on the red bin icon next to the name of the album you want to remove the memory from. If you remove it, the people in that shared album will no longer be able to see your memory.

Sure thing! You can comment on shared memories and like each others' comments in the Sharing menu.
